My name is Ramon Barajas III aka (Alekzander). I am 21 years old. I am of Spanish, Egyptian, Arabic, and Mexican descent. Since the age of 6, I understood about what i wanted to do with my life. My family taught me many valuable lessons that i can apply today in my everyday life. Today, most of what i enjoying doing is influenced from what i witnessed and lived by as a child. I grew up in a family that had a passion for the arts and culture. This is the reason for all my appreciation in the arts and cultures. Since at an early age, I was brought up and raised with different cultures aside form my own. Learning about other cultures from such a young age helped me to understand and relate to others. Since the age of 14 i was involved in extensive training for the military. I wanted to do something my families history that no other has done. So at the age of 17, i joined the Air Force in order to prove to myself and carry my families legacy with me. Currently, I am in school trying to get my degree in Business,Political Science. I would like to someday make a difference in my community and this society. After i finish, I will go back to the air force in order to finish of my 2 years left in the military. Before the age of 25, I hope to be established and have succeeded in my goals and dreams.


I am a very open minded person. At first, I am a shy person, but once i feel comfortable around you, I can be your best friend. I am very down to earth. I love to volunteer my time whenever i can for a cause. I am the type of person that lives their life to the fullest like if it was the last day. I love to go exploring and go on an adventure and discover something new.


During my free time i like to do try new things. I love to watch movies with action, drama,comedy, but i love to watch more of foreign films like bollywood, french films, Arabic films,etc. I also love to watch anime. I love anything in the arts. I have 3 years experience with dancing Latin Ballroom (Salsa, Merengue, Chacha, Tango, Foxtrot, Swing...) Also i have been drawing since i was 5 years old. I love to draw anything from landscapes, to sunsets, architecture, etc. I love learning about other cultures, especially their language,and history.



I love sports since i was little. I always loved soccer. I have been playing for almost all my life. I also like football. In middle school all the way until after high school i was in both football and soccer.


About 3 years ago i also got introduced to modeling and acting. I have done a couple photo shoots and fashion runway shows. I also learn about design and merchandising. Currently, I am looking to expand my portfolio in these areas. I would like to have my own fashion line someday, and be an actor. However thats on the side because my real goal is to get into politics and deal with foreign diplomacy, while retire as an officer from the United Stated Air Force. This is my portfolio until now. Objective:

My objective is to work with non-profits, students, the community, and manage both short term and long-term projects. To be in a position of administration and management, in conclusion my overall goal is to build a portfolio for a career in government, international relations, and business.

Qualifications:

I am a strong candidate due to my qualifications that I have built in the past 5 years. I have experience in public relations, community advocacy, public speaking, and leadership. I am associated with various non-profits and in the process have served as a mentor and role model.

Furthermore I am hard working, disciplined, have had a wide range of experiences, diverse in interests, and an accomplished student community leader. I am also the founding President of the student program American Society of Arts as well as the founder of three projects of the non-profit International Multi Cultural Education Association.

In my Internship with the International Multi Cultural Education Association, Inc. as its Chief Strategist, I have also managed numerous website projects, college events, cultural showcases, and charity events associated with I.M.C.E.A., Inc. and other non-profits. My responsibilities is creating a strategy direction for the various projects the above non-profit is committed to, the programs we offer, to screen interns and review their performances, and to work on projects as a community advocate. Furthermore I sit at committee meetings, report to the Board of Directors, and those associated with I.M.C.E.A., Inc.. In general, I develop strategically a direction for the individuals accountable for fund raising campaigns, public relation projects, international relation assignments and overall corporate administration. My involvement is very crucial to the success of this organization.

2007 - 2008: Intern/Crepemaker

I was responsible for maintaining the cooking area, prepping food, and serving food, supervising new incoming trainees. This was a wonderful experience because at times I was able to make crepes.

As a teacher's assistant i had many responsibilities. My responsibilities were anywhere from tutoring, correcting homework, to at times teaching the entire class. It was a great experience because i was able to learn a lot from the students as a mentor.
